Loading TBIL detail
TBIL is a passive ETF built to track the price-and-yield behavior of the current “bellwether” 3-month U.S. Treasury bill, using the Bloomberg US Treasury Bellwether 3M Total Return Index as its reference. It typically holds the most recently auctioned, on-the-run 3-month T-bill and rolls into a new bill at month-end, creating a very targeted, single-security cash management tool.
You own one U.S. government IOU that’s designed to mature in about 3 months. Each month, the fund sells the old bill and buys the newest 3-month bill to stay pinned to that exact spot on the yield curve.
