RWEM is a rules-based emerging markets large-cap equity ETF that aims to track the FT Wilshire Emerging Large NxtGen Index.

Instead of simple market-cap weighting, it uses a multi-factor process where machine-learning models digest a large set of fundamental and technical signals to estimate better risk-adjusted return potential, while keeping sector and single-stock concentrations in check versus a broad EM large-cap benchmark.

The index is refreshed quarterly using prior month-end data, making it a systematic approach rather than discretionary stock picking.
