FHLC

FHLC is a low-cost, passive US health care sector ETF designed to track the MSCI USA IMI Health Care 25/50 Index.

It aims to hold at least 80% of assets in index constituents (and, starting Dec 11, 2025, certain derivatives that provide similar exposure can also count toward that 80%).

Instead of owning every stock in the index, it uses representative sampling—meaning it holds a “good-enough” basket intended to behave like the index—while the index itself is market-cap weighted and rebalanced quarterly with 25/50 caps to meet diversification rules.
