RDVY is a passive US large-cap equity ETF that targets companies with a track record of raising dividends and growing earnings, while also screening for balance-sheet and payout discipline.
It tracks the NASDAQ US Rising Dividend Achievers Index, selecting 50 stocks from the largest US-listed companies (excluding REITs) and holding them in an equal-weight portfolio.
The index is refreshed annually and rebalanced quarterly, keeping the portfolio aligned with the dividend-growth-and-quality rules.
You own 50 big US companies that have been increasing their dividends and also showing improving earnings. Each company gets roughly the same slice of the fund, so no single mega-company dominates.
