QQQM is a passive ETF built to track the NASDAQ-100 Index: 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on Nasdaq, selected primarily by market size. It invests at least 90% of assets in index constituents and follows index rules that rebalance quarterly and reconstitute annually, with single-company weights constrained (capped) to limit extreme concentration.
You own a basket of 100 big-name Nasdaq-listed companies (US and international), but not banks or other financial firms. It’s like buying a pre-made “large-cap growth-leaning” bundle where the biggest companies usually take the largest slices.
