RDIV is a passive U.S. equity ETF built to target high dividend yield, but with a twist: it picks a tight basket of 60 high-yield stocks from the S&P 900 universe and weights them by company revenue (with a 5% cap per holding). The index screens out non-dividend payers, companies with missing/negative revenue, the very highest-yielding names (top 5%), and the most aggressive payout ratios (top 5% within each sector), then reconstitutes and rebalances quarterly.
You own shares of 60 dividend-paying U.S. mid- and large-cap companies. Bigger weights go to companies that bring in more sales (revenue), not the ones with the biggest stock market value.
