PSCC is a passive sector ETF designed to track the S&P SmallCap 600 Capped Consumer Staples index, targeting U.S. small-cap consumer staples companies.
It uses market-cap weighting with built-in caps to limit single-stock and “top holdings” concentration, and it rebalances quarterly.
The fund is classified as non-diversified, meaning it can hold a more concentrated set of names than a typical diversified ETF.
You own a basket of smaller U.S. companies that sell everyday necessities—like food, beverages, tobacco, and non-discretionary retail. The fund simply follows an index and holds those stocks in roughly the same proportions as the index.
