GQRE is a passive global real estate ETF that targets publicly traded equity real estate companies while explicitly excluding mortgage-focused real estate businesses. It uses a rules-based, multi-factor process to select and weight holdings based on “quality,” “value,” and “momentum,” then applies risk constraints (region, industry group, single-stock weight, liquidity, turnover) to keep exposures from drifting too far from the broader global real estate universe.
