DURA is a passive US equity ETF built to target high dividend payers that also look financially resilient and not overly expensive.
It tracks a Morningstar index that filters the broad US market by (1) high trailing dividend yield, (2) “distance-to-default” (a market-and-balance-sheet based stress test for financial health), and (3) uncertainty-adjusted valuation versus Morningstar fair value.
It then weights holdings by total dollars of dividends paid (not by company size) and refreshes the portfolio twice a year.
You own a basket of US stocks picked for paying high dividends, passing a financial health screen, and looking reasonably priced. The fund leans more toward companies that pay more total dividends, and it avoids REITs by rule.
