DSTL is an actively managed U.S. large-cap value ETF that aims to own about 100 stocks selected from the roughly 500 largest U.S.-listed companies.
The manager ranks companies using proprietary fundamental signals centered on free cash flow, then emphasizes firms that look cheaply priced relative to cash generation, have steadier cash flows, and carry lower balance-sheet stress.
The portfolio is reviewed and typically refreshed at least quarterly, with the adviser able to override the model when data or fundamentals look unusual.
You own a basket of big U.S. companies picked because they generate strong cash profits, aren’t overloaded with debt, and look “on sale.” The fund holds around 100 stocks and updates the lineup a few times a year based on those cash-flow and valuation checks.
