THRO is an active U.S. equity ETF designed to rotate across multiple market “themes” (big trends) using a systematic, model-driven process rather than tracking an index.

It targets U.S.-listed companies the manager believes have above-average earnings growth potential, and it can shift exposures as signals change, including holding short-term liquid positions defensively.

The strategy may also use derivatives for hedging and other risk-management or positioning purposes.
