FLRG

FLRG is a rules-based U.S. equity ETF that targets large- and mid-cap stocks with a combined “multifactor” profile: cheaper valuation, higher quality, stronger recent performance (momentum), and lower price swings (low volatility). It starts from the largest ~1,000 U.S. companies, scores them on those four factors, then builds a portfolio of roughly ~100 names with sector-aware weighting and a semi-annual rebalance (February/August).
