FLQL is a passive, rules-based U.S. large-cap ETF that starts from the Russell 1000 universe and then tilts toward stocks that score well on multiple factors. It combines quality, value, momentum, and low-volatility signals, then weights holdings using a blend of factor scores and market cap with position constraints to manage concentration and turnover.
You own a basket of big U.S. companies, not picked by a human manager, but by a scoring system. The system tries to favor companies that look financially strong (quality), reasonably priced (value), trending well (momentum), and less jumpy (low volatility).
