APRH is an actively managed “defined outcome” income ETF that targets a preset distribution stream over a one-year window that resets each April.
It uses a package of S&P 500 FLEX options plus U.S. Treasury bills to try to deliver income and a 20% downside barrier—while intentionally giving up all upside if the S&P 500 rises.
The design is path- and timing-dependent: results are intended for investors who hold from the start of the Outcome Period through the end.
You own short-term U.S. Treasurys plus a bundle of custom S&P 500 options that are built to pay you income. In exchange, you don’t get stock-market upside, and you only get protection for the first 20% of losses—after that, losses can accelerate one-for-one.
